Any items ordered cannot be returned for any reason as all items are reduced to well below trade price and we are no longer a trading business, this website is only here to clear the last remaining items of stock we have.
Any items which become faulty must be dealt with by the customer directly with the manufacturer. Details on almost all manufacturers can be found using a quick search on Google. We will provide you a date invoice for every order placed, this can be found with your order on collection or in your My Account section of our website.

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR on one of their platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.
